10 ways to make everyday more enjoyable

Life can get hectic sometimes.


Make sure that you look after you so that you can enjoy each day.

1.Make getting dressed a treat choose clothes that you love and perfume that lifts your mood.

2. Make time for things to look forwards to like catching up with special friends.

3. Brush off the small stuff and think on the good, try making laughing at upsets your new habit. Upbeat people are good at doing this.

4. Treat yourself to a manicure, facial or a new hairstyle. You deserve to look great.

5. Maybe a trip to the Day Spa will do more for you then a trip to the doctor.

6. Invest in your wardrobe. What you wear says a lot about you and can either make you feel great or terrible. Get some help from a shop assistant or sassy dresser to choose the clothes that really  work for you.

7. Get fitter doing things that you love. Running, swimming, playing sport or working out gets you pumping and helps you to feel and look great.

8.Watch funny shows and movies on TV or invest in a good joke book or two. Life is so much more enjoyable when we  spend our days laughing.

9. Recognize the tired signs and relax and give yourself a scented bath or foot spa. Settle down for an early night's sleep and wake up refreshed.

10. Listen to music that you love. Having it play in the background can even make washing up enjoyable.
