Reducing Stress

How to Reduce Stress

This is great for the WHOLE family a works a treat.

I will give you my BEST TIPS. I hope that you will see a sudden improvement in the next few days in that calmness of your child who is on the Autistic Spectrum, or has issues with hyuperactivity and has who issues with settling and focussing.

How many times have you noticed that these children can seem tense, anxious and active? It’s as if their whole body is in a state of high alert. Wouldn’t it be great to see them more relaxed and happy?

The best advice I got was to give my child MAGNESIUM. It’s a muscle relaxant. It someone is having a heart attack, then they can might inject them with magnesium to relax them. When the body is relaxed the brain follows and these children calm down. Being calm can become the new habit. Magnesium can be taken as a powder, tablet or soak through the skin in an Epsom Salts bath. (The sulphur component in the Epsom Salts helps the liver process toxins. This is calming for the body and helps to reduce those pesky mood swings.)

One of the lesser known effects of magnesium on the brain is to stimulate the production of GABA. This powerful neurotransmitter helps the brain to manage stress, it is one of your best friends. These few things also stimulate the brain to produce more GABA, you can add them as well for maximum impact: B3 and tablet form KAVA.

The difference after a few days can be quiet dramatic.

My son seemed so much better that I started having extra magnesium myself and found dealing with his issues – easier. They just didn’t bother me as much.

(As there are often issues with digestion and breaking down goodies in the gut add a Digestive Enzyme. There are several on the market, again they can  often be bought at health Food shops, Pharmacies or online. Doctors can also prescribe them which could make them more heavily discounted for you.)

If you are just using what you have at home, pineapple juice has digestive enzymes in it. Adding lemon juice or vinegar to their meat or drinks can give them a bit more stomach acid  - which can be lacking and make digestion easier.

It's just what a different these things can make. My sonw as completley different just after a few days on their supplements.

STORY - make compelling.
