One day when you find yourself walking down the street and that usual bounce has left your step and even though the sun is shining and the birds are singing, your brain is rushing ahead worrying about the hassles at work and the washing still hung on the line… in that place of tension, the world seems grey and you know that you have lost your MOJO.
But do not despair. This is a temporary setback and can be put right back - into place.
When you first lost your MOJO, take the opportunity for a nice long, deep swim. There’s something about plunging into the watery depths, that is freeing and even through your circumstances have not changed, you mind can be shifted. So instead of noise and clutter, we can find peace.
In that peace we can come face to face, with who we really are and see the issues of our lives for what they are.
All of a sudden we can realise that the tension we feel when Suzy walks in, comes because we never really took the time to look past her saggy brown jumpers, to see someone who was perky and kind.
You can start to view those interruptions in your day, as meaningful and as ways to acknowledge your friends and to express love towards those around you.
When you are there you might begin to realise that one of the greatest things that you bring to a situation is: the ability to be calm and peaceful. It’s like holding the ace and can give you the upper hand on practically everything that is going on around you.
MOJO springs out of a peaceful, healthy attitude and permeates our life.
MOJO is about us shining. It has our signature all over it and we love it.
